Our rooms are NOT FOR RENT.
Our flat is NOT FOR SALE.
Please cease the endless
i) stuffing of flyers in our mailbox
ii) shoving advertisements on to our gate
iii) unsolicited phone calls
because it
a) is thrown unread into the bin
b) creates a lot of unsightly litter
c) is just plain annoying.
If in the distant future we do wish to divest our property, we will get an agent ourselves through recommendations from trusted friends. We WILL NOT be using some random agent that has to resort to advertising via flyers.
